Trail Creek Ranch offers 270 acres of pure Wyoming beauty to serve as the backdrop for your authentic barn wedding, gala, corporate retreat, or intimate barn dinner. We have several locations on the ranch for your special event. From a small dinner party to a large wedding we provide the history and the landscape and you provide the vision. SMALL INTIMATE BARN DINNERS
The backdrop is our historic 1930s Bircher Barn, the event is your vision. Our barn dinners will seat from 2 to 20 people. Host a small wedding, anniversary or birthday dinner, graduation, or retirement party. Surround yourselves with an authentic working barn with western tack all around and a rustic ambiance. As long as you are a guest of the Ranch, the barn is available from May 25th through October 15th any day of the week. We can provide you with a list of vendors. Contact Alex for details and pricing.
weddings
We have several locations for your ceremony and reception on the ranch depending on the size of your event. Your special day can be anything you dream of from a tent in the pastures for the reception, to the ceremony in front of the barn, rustic chic, or simply elegant. The Ranch is a blank canvas for you to create your dream day. Wedding coordination is not provided by the Ranch and must be outsourced. We can provide suggestions for a person(s). Please see "The Particulars" at the bottom of the page for more information.
elopements
If a small, elopement wedding ceremony is more your style than a large event, the ranch offers a three-night stay in one of our cabins or suites as well as a site for your ceremony. Enjoy all of the beauty the ranch has to offer with a small group.

Trail Creek Ranch was a magical place to get married. The beauty of the ranch and surrounding landscape is matched handily by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. We rented out the entire ranch. Our friends who stayed there raved about the location and want to return to Trail Creek in the future. In addition to solitude the property provides, they enjoyed the laid back, low-key atmosphere. Our wedding day was a stormy one. Unsure of what to do, Alex suggested that we get married in the loft of the barn. It was AMAZING, and we have Alex to thank. "My daughter and her fiance chose Trail Creek Ranch as their Wedding Venue after I found it online suggesting they add it to their search of the Jackson Area. Driving over Teton pass into Wilson, they stopped at Train Creek first and fell in love with the gorgeous views of this working ranch with so many other benefits! The Venue was amazing, our 170 guests were in awe of the whole experience and it could not have been more perfect. Do not let the looks of the rustic cabins fool you! They, have wonderful, comfortable beds, are filled with amenities that allow you to relax in style and will delight young and old alike. My Grandchildren are in love with the place! (The Ritz loft will delight any youngster) Located right outside of Wilson, just a few minutes from Teton Village and a short drive to Jackson, this location is especially great if you want to experience the flavor of Teton County, the fun of Jackson but also want some piece, quiet and an affordable personal cabin! Wilson will provide all the things you would need (coffee, great food, a general store) just 10 minutes down the road. What can I say, I will go back and I will send others. It is an awesome spot in a beautiful place."

Kyle and I explored almost every wedding site in the Tetons and after seeing all of our options we knew that Trail Creek Ranch best fit our style and needs. We wanted to be somewhere outside in the mountains, where we met and lived. Trail Creek is a place we've nordic skied and passed by after many days skiing on Teton Pass. With the beautiful views of the Gros Ventre mountains and the pastures and big pines, Trail Creek feels like the middle of the wilderness, while it's only a few minutes from town. The ranch is a beautiful blank slate nestled at the base of the mountains. My husband and I spent our wedding night in a sweet cabin on the ranch. Choosing Trail Creek Ranch as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made!"

~An event or wedding coordinator is required for the day of the wedding.
~A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.
~Final Payment is required prior to arrival, along with the 11% Wyoming sales tax on lodging.
~Payment of incidentals is required at the time of departure.
~Curfew of 10 p.m. for music, 11 p.m. for event.
~One room/cabin must be booked for the wedding night, as a minimum. Rates range from $200 to $650 per night, per cabin/room.
~Transportation via bus is encouraged as parking is limited.
~Cancellations will result in a forfeit of the total amount unless the site can be re-booked.
~Rates range from the date of the event and the number of guests – please inquire.
